Use of the Site

This Site and its Content are intended for installers and distributors of CAME United Kingdom and Urbaco UK. You may not use this Site or the Content for any purpose not related to your business with CAME United Kingdom and Urbaco UK. Any use of the Content, this Site or any of its functionality for a purpose not permitted by these Terms is grounds for the immediate revocation of any usernames, passcodes or other permissions that may have been granted for use of this Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use the Site.

All elements of the Site, including, but not limited to, the general design and the content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly permitted under this or another written license or agreement with UMC Group Ltd, no portion or element of this Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of UMC Group Ltd.

Complimentary Images

UMC Group Ltd owns and retains the copyrights of the complimentary images except as noted. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for commercial ends, specifically the marketing and sale of CAME and Urbaco equipment.

To the extent that images include any

1. trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, or
2. likeness of or reference to an individual, user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third party or individual.

Photo Exchange Members

By joining the photo exchange program ('the Program'), defined as submitting the electronic form available on the Site or by submitting the postal form available on the Site, you agree to the following additional terms.

1. You will submit images to the exchange program, failure to so will make you exempt from the benifits of the Program and passwords will not be provided for you to access members areas of the Site.

2. Where you are invited to submit images you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant the UMC Group Ltd and other Program members a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution. If you do not want to grant to the UMC Group Ltd the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to the Site.


3. Further to paragraph 2, by submitting your contribution to bbc.co.uk, you:
3.1 warrant that your contribution;

3.1.1 is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the Site for all the purposes specified above;

3.1.2 is not defamatory; and

3.1.3 does not infringe any law; and

3.2 indemnify the UMC Group Ltd against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the UMC Group Ltd as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and

3.3 waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Site and the purposes specified above.

4. You agree that sumission of the members forms stated above does not automatically give you access to the members sections of the Site. We reserve the right to refuse admission on any grounds we deem suitable, and that usernames and passwords may be removed when deemed nessisary. Your password will be transmitted to you when all conditions are met and our staff are able to update your application, we will aim to do this promptly but no time limit is implied.

Members Images

No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for commercial ends, specifically the marketing and sale of CAME and Urbaco equipment. The images remain property of the origional owner as set out in Photo Exchange Members conditions above.
